Sarah is a Chartered member of the CIPD and has worked in the education sector for over 20 years, in both higher education and, more recently, as a Senior HR Business Partner for a large multi-academy trust. She has a broad generalist HR background, with significant experience of managing employee relations casework and working with trade unions.
Since 2019, Sarah has worked as an HR Consultant, undertaking a variety of projects including Interim HR Director, complex grievance and disciplinary investigations, restructuring and redundancy exercises, policy reviews and training delivery. Most of this consultancy work has been with schools, multi-academy trusts, and not for profits. Sarah joined Robinson Grace HR Consultancy in 2021.
Sarah is an accredited ‘Safer Recruitment’ training facilitator for schools and regularly designs and delivers people management workshops for line managers. Sarah is also an accredited workplace mediator.
In a voluntary capacity, Sarah has been a community governor for her local primary schools since 2020.
