Taruna is CIPD level 7 qualified with over 12 years’ experience as a HR Professional in a diverse number of sectors such as aviation, transport and logistics, education, charity and hospitality.
She is a trained mediator with excellent conflict management skills, useful in employee relations cases and adopts a hands-on approach when dealing with HR matters. In addition, she has worked on several key projects relating to induction, performance management, and recruitment.
Taruna thrives in complex investigation work, is an advocate for fairness and equality in the workplace and is passionate about driving continuous improvement in HR.
Taruna loves history and spends her free time exploring old cities and historical sites, and enjoys cooking for large groups.
