Sarah is a fully qualified (Level 7) HR professional and Chartered Member of the CIPD, with a wealth of generalist HR experience, mostly gained within the Education sector. Sarah also has highly developed interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills to secure and develop effective working relationships with colleagues, including senior leaders.
Sarah's experience includes designing and delivering training for managers on a range of people management topics, including: managing appraisals; handling difficult conversations; managing a disciplinary hearing; managing absence and leading investigations. Sarah is also certified as a workplace mediator, with recent schools-based mediation experience.
