Michaela joined Robinson Grace as an HR apprentice and completed her CIPD Level 3 in 2025. Michaela has a variety of experience in operations, project management and people management across SMEs, not-for-profit and national organisations.

Michaela is the lead for our trusted partnership services and supports us with marketing and social media. With a strong foundation in administration and a passion for organisation, she plays a key role in assisting with policy development, employee relations and TUPE matters.​​
