Michaela joined Robinson Grace as an HR apprentice and completed her CIPD Level 3 in 2025. Michaela has a variety of experience in operations, project management and people management across SMEs, not-for-profit and national organisations.
Michaela is the lead for our trusted partnership services and supports us with marketing and social media. With a strong foundation in administration and a passion for organisation, she plays a key role in assisting with policy development, employee relations and TUPE matters.
Michaela is known for her attention to detail, approachable manner, and commitment to making HR simple and accessible for every client. Whether she's helping resolve day-to-day queries or supporting complex projects, Michaela brings reliability, professionalism, and a genuine care for client success to every task.
