Louise founded Robinson Grace HR Consultancy in 2011. She has extensive experience in the corporate world and now specialises in helping small and medium size businesses to handle people problems and confront issues before they escalate.
She has over 20 years’ experience as a senior HR professional in various sectors, including hospitality, retail, IT and the not-for-profit sector, giving her a breadth of operational and strategic experience. Louise's key strengths
include influencing employees at all levels, a proactive approach, and ability to get up to speed quickly to understand the complexity of organisations.
She has an engaging management style that places a high value on working in partnership to engage staff, inspire performance and help people confront reality. Her experience in managing complex projects, including business transformation and TUPE assignments has given her a fantastic reputation for leading teams and driving change in organisations.​
