Laura joined Robinson Grace HR Consultancy in 2019 and is based in Nottinghamshire but happy to travel nationally. She is a highly experienced HR director and paralegal, specialising in employment law and employee relations cases. She is an accredited mediator (civil and commercial), a trained Employment Law Tribunal Advocate, and is CIPD Level 7 qualified as an HR Professional. She has significant experience across a variety of private and non-profit organisations within recruitment, operations, and human resources.
​Laura moved from operations into HR 13 years ago, excelling in fast-paced environments where thinking on her feet to solve problems is an everyday demand. Laura’s strengths lie in disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, litigation, HR compliance documents and drawing on her operational management experience to fully understand the complexity of organisations and employee relations issues.
