Bob has 15 years’ experience, working in HR operational and consultancy roles across a broad range of national and international not-for-profit, tourism, service industry and manufacturing sectors, building engaging relationships with clients and stakeholders to achieve their goals.
He likes to roll his sleeves up and really get to know what makes clients tick. He has worked alongside managers and supervisors to support them in handling people issues and managing teams, and in tandem with directors to ensure the HR strategy is aligned with the organisation’s objectives to enable both the organisation and its teams to thrive.
Bob loves nothing more than data and mapping improvements as a result of HR initiatives. He is an advocate for Inclusion and Diversity and Employee Engagement, and introduced beneficial initiatives to management and staff throughout his previous roles.
Bob is also a professional wedding photographer, an avid football fan and runs seven-a-side football matches.
