Kerry is an experienced HR professional with a pragmatic, business focussed approach, having worked as a HR Manager for more than 10 years in multi academy trusts, Technology and more recently, the fast paced property industry. She joined Robinson Grace HR in 2022 and has quickly become the go to person for many of our clients.
Level 5 qualified and an associate member of the CIPD, Kerry is a true generalist with significant experience within employee relations, recruitment, policy creation and redundancy and restructuring exercises. She loves coaching managers to further develop their people skills and confidence in carrying out performance reviews and delivering constructive feedback. She is also a trained mental health first aider.
Kerry has an operational background, having spent a number of years working as a Relationship Manager, supporting corporate clients with their employee benefit provision. Here she honed her ability to get up to speed swiftly, understanding business requirements and challenges through strong working relationships.
