Meet The Team
Robinson Grace HR Consultancy was founded by Louise Skittrall in 2011. Louise has extensive experience in the corporate and third sector worlds and now specialises in helping small and medium size businesses to handle people problems and confront issues before they escalate.
Lisa operates as a generalist HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in the field. She has extensive public sector experience in local government and specifically in education, with in depth experience in Local Authority Schools, Academies, Multi Academy Trusts and Independent Schools.
Hayley is a recruitment and induction specialist, capable of managing senior executive assignments alongside volume recruitment campaigns, with experience gained in fast paced retail and hospitality.
Sarah is a Chartered member of the CIPD and has worked in the education sector for over 20 years, she has a broad generalist HR background, with significant experience of managing employee relations casework and working with trade unions.
Julie is an Associate Member of the CIPD and has worked in the education sector for over 13 years, most recently as HR & Payroll Manager for a Multi Academy Trust. With a background in education, media publishing, training and PA, she is adept at fast paced environments and multi-tasking.
Ruth joined us in 2021, specialising in HR & business improvement services including pay & benefits, job analysis, and job evaluation, performance management system set up & review, people management training and development and business process analysis and improvement.
Lynne is a Chartered member of the CIPD and has been working in HR for 30 years, covering both generalist HR operational roles and specialist learning, development and coaching positions in commercial, charity and education sectors, with significant experience in unionised environments
Steph is our Project Coordinator and uses her previous experience of managing high profile projects at a leading professional services firm to support our team and clients with mergers, TUPE transfers and Academy conversions.
Claire is our Administration Officer, capable of managing multiple assignments while adapting to last minute priority changes. Claire provides a key point of contact for both clients and staff whilst keeping us all organised and on track.
Amelia is our HR & Recruitment Assistant, and can be found formatting policies, posting to social media, audio typing meeting notes and managing recruitment campaigns behind the scenes.
Chester is our Wellbeing Champion; joining Robinson Grace HR in our Wiltshire office in 2019 with Harper recruited as apprentice in 2021. They encourage us to incorporate fresh air into our working day whenever possible with walking conference calls, and outdoor strategic planning.
Harper is one of our more popular team members, acting as Apprentice Wellbeing Champion; joining Robinson Grace HR in our Wiltshire office in 2021. She reminds us to keep up our energy with regular snacks and offers a warm welcome to any and all office visitors (particularly if they bring treats).
