Meet The Team
Louise
Robinson Grace HR Consultancy was founded by Louise Skittrall in 2011. Louise has extensive experience in the corporate and third sector worlds and now specialises in helping small and medium size businesses to handle people problems and confront issues before they escalate.
Lisa
Lisa operates as a generalist HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in the field. She has extensive public sector experience in local government and specifically in education, with in depth experience in Local Authority Schools, Academies, Multi Academy Trusts and Independent Schools.
Andrew
Andrew is a Health & Safety Expert with significant experience in complex H&S. Andrew works closely with Senior Teams to ensure their bespoke, individual legal obligations are met.
Lynne
Lynne is a Chartered member of the CIPD and has been working in HR for 30 years, covering both generalist HR operational roles and specialist learning, development and coaching positions in commercial, charity and education sectors, with significant experience in unionised environments
Sarah
Sarah is a Chartered member of the CIPD and has worked in the education sector for over 20 years, she has a broad generalist HR background, with significant experience of managing employee relations casework and working with trade unions.
Jackie
Jackie is our Recruitment Guru – whether it’s Kickstart placements, apprenticeships, graduate schemes, volume campaigns or executive appointments, she’s our expert.
Julie
Julie is an Associate Member of the CIPD and has worked in the education sector for over 13 years, most recently as HR & Payroll Manager for a Multi Academy Trust. With a background in education, media publishing, training and PA, she is adept at fast paced environments and multi-tasking.
Kerry
Kerry is an experienced HR professional with a pragmatic, business focussed approach, having worked as a HR Manager for more than 10 years in multi academy trusts, Technology and the fast paced property industry. She joined Robinson Grace HR in 2022 and has quickly become the go to person for many of our clients.
Val
Val is our HR Coordinator, capable of managing multiple projects, ensuring nothing gets missed or forgotten. Val has over 20 years experience, mostly as a stand alone HR Manager, is CIPD qualified and has significant experience in operational HR, reward, payroll, policy creation and employee wellbeing.
Claire
Claire is our Administration Officer, capable of managing multiple assignments while adapting to last minute priority changes. Claire provides a key point of contact for both clients and staff whilst keeping us all organised and on track.
Laura
Laura is a highly experienced HR Director and Paralegal specialising in employment law and employee relations cases. Laura excels in fast-paced environments where thinking on her feet to solve problems is an everyday demand, drawing on her operational management experience to fully understand the complexity of organisations and employee relations issues.
Chester & Harper
Chester & Harper are our most popular team members, acting as Wellbeing Champions; joining Robinson Grace HR in our Wiltshire office in 2019 and 2021 respectively. They encourages us to incorporate fresh air into our working day whenever possible. .
