Louise
Robinson Grace HR Consultancy was founded by Louise Skittrall in 2011. Louise has extensive experience in the corporate and third sector worlds and now specialises in helping small and medium size businesses to handle people problems and confront issues before they escalate.
Lisa
Lisa operates as a generalist HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in the field. She has extensive public sector experience in local government and specifically in education, with in depth experience in Local Authority Schools, Academies, Multi Academy Trusts and Independent Schools.
Andrew
Andrew is a Health & Safety Expert with significant experience in complex H&S. Andrew works closely with Senior Teams to ensure their bespoke, individual legal obligations are met.
Sue
Sue is an experienced Senior Administrator with over 17 years of experience in HR Administration and Recruitment, having dealt with all areas of the employee lifecycle. Sue has a background in recruitment and has experience of FCA regulated employers, Local Authority, and charities.
Laura
Laura is a highly experienced HR Director and Paralegal specialising in employment law and employee relations cases. Laura is an accredited Mediator (civil and commercial), a trained Employment Law Tribunal Advocate, and is CIPD Level 7 qualified as an HR Professional with significant experience across a variety of private and non-profit organisations.
Bob
Bob has 15 years HR experience, working in operational and Consultancy roles across a broad range of national and international not for profit, tourism, service industry and manufacturing sectors, building engaging relationships with clients and stakeholders to achieve their goals.
Ruth
Ruth specialises in HR and business improvement services including pay and benefits, job analysis, and job evaluation, performance management system set up and review, people management training and development and business process analysis and improvement.
Fin
Fin has joined Robinson Grace HR as our Social Media Apprentice, which he juggles alongside college and football. Fin has taken charge of our socials, so keep an eye out for new content over the coming weeks, including our Tik Tok channel @robinsongracehr starring HR Harper!

Chester is our most popular team member, acting as Wellbeing Champion; joining Robinson Grace HR in our Wiltshire office in 2019.
