Meet The Team
Robinson Grace HR Consultancy was founded by Louise Skittrall in 2011. Louise has extensive experience in the corporate and third sector worlds and now specialises in helping small and medium size businesses to handle people problems and confront issues before they escalate.
Lisa operates as a generalist HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in the field. She has extensive public sector experience in local government and specifically in education, with in depth experience in Local Authority Schools, Academies, Multi Academy Trusts and Independent Schools.
Hayley is a recruitment and induction specialist, capable of managing senior executive assignments alongside volume recruitment campaigns, with experience gained in fast paced retail and hospitality.
Kathryn has been working in HR since 2000, covering both generalist HR management roles and specialist recruitment and training positions in commercial, charity and education sectors.
Sarah is a Chartered member of the CIPD and has worked in the education sector for over 20 years, she has a broad generalist HR background, with significant experience of managing employee relations casework and working with trade unions.
Steph is our Project Coordinator and uses her previous experience of managing high profile projects at a leading professional services firm to support our team and clients with mergers, TUPE transfers and Academy conversions.
Claire is our Administration Officer, capable of managing multiple assignments while adapting to last minute priority changes. Claire provides a key point of contact for both clients and staff whilst keeping us all organised and on track.
