Lisa operates as an experienced generalist HR professional with over 20 years’ in the field of HR for education. She has extensive public sector experience in local government, with in depth experience in Local Authority Schools, Academies, Multi Academy Trusts and Independent Schools. 

 

Lisa also regularly provides HR advice and guidance to commercial organisations and small businesses. With a depth of experience in employee (including union) relations, recruitment & selection centres, change and project management (including TUPE).  Lisa has a trusted and credible reputation for offering pragmatic, sound and commercially focused solutions to clients.
