Laura

A highly experienced HR Director and Paralegal specialising in employment law and employee relations cases. Laura is an accredited Mediator (civil and commercial), a trained Employment Law Tribunal Advocate, and is CIPD Level 7 qualified as an HR Professional with significant experience across a variety of private and non-profit organisations within recruitment, operations, and Human Resources.

Laura moved from operations into HR 13 years ago, excelling in fast-paced environments where thinking on her feet to solve problems is an everyday demand.   Laura’s strengths lie in disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, litigation, HR compliance documents and drawing on her operational management experience to fully understand that complexity of organisations and employee relations issues.
