Bob

Bob is a chartered Member of the CIPD with 15 years HR experience, working in HR operational and Consultancy roles across a broad range of national and international not for profit, tourism, service industry and manufacturing sectors, building engaging relationships with clients and stakeholders to achieve their goals.

 

An experienced operational HR professional who likes to roll his sleeves up and get to really know what makes clients tick; Bob has worked alongside managers and supervisors to support them in handling people issues and managing teams, and in tandem with Directors to ensure HR strategy is aligned with the organisation’s objectives to enable organisations and teams to thrive. 

 

Bob loves nothing more than data and mapping improvements as a result of HR initiatives. He is an advocate for Inclusion & Diversity and Employee Engagement, introducing beneficial initiatives to management and staff throughout his previous roles.

Outside of HR, Bob is a professional wedding photographer and an avid football fan running 7 a side matches during the week.
