Skittrall Building Contractors are a long established building firm in Swindon who have been HR clients since the start of our journey.  We provide them with a full service outsourced HR Department, providing contracts, policies, Construction Industry returns, telephone support and face to face advice whenever it's needed.


West Swindon Parish Council is one of a number of Parish Councils that we work with.  During the height of the pandemic, West Swindon Parish Council were in the midst of a TUPE transfer which resulted on a 600% increase in staff numbers (no, that's not a typo - 600%!!).  We guided them through the TUPE and onboarding process, including advising on the Business Transfer agreement.

The Summerfield Nursing Unit in Cheltenham is a premium, modern purpose built home providing residential, complex nursing and specialist dementia care. 


Our Services: Summerfield Nursing moved from Peninsular HR as they were looking for more involved, on site HR support. Over a period of 4 years, Robinson Grace HR Consultancy provided employee relations support, attending and running a number of investigation, disciplinary and grievance meetings including the introduction of a clear and concise staff handbook.
