Lynne is a chartered member of the CIPD and has been working in HR for 30 years, covering both generalist HR operational roles and specialist learning, development, coaching and reward roles in commercial, charity and education sectors, with significant experience in unionised environments. Lynne’s experience covers a broad mix of employee relations, organisational development and behavioural management projects, as well significant work with reward and job evaluation models.
An experienced coach and trainer, Lynne has designed and delivered a variety of workshops to upskill line managers and supervisors in handling people issues and managing teams, to enable organisations and teams to thrive. She regularly coaches on a 1:1 basis on key people skills and HR practices such as appraisals, managing poor performance, running investigations and chairing disciplinary and grievance meetings.
