Kathryn has been working as an HR professional since 2000, covering both generalist HR management roles and specialist recruitment and training positions in commercial, charity and education sectors. Kathryn’s experience covers a broad mix of HR services including resourcing, organisational development and reward projects, alongside complex investigations and TUPE transfers.

An HR Expert and qualified trainer, Kathryn has designed and delivered a variety of workshops to upskill line managers and supervisors in handling people issues and managing teams, to enable organisations and teams to thrive.

 

Kathryn holds a post-graduate diploma in HR Management, is a Chartered Member of CIPD and Fellow of Institute of Recruitment Professionals.
