A chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Debbie has a varied HR practitioner background in profit and not-for-profit organisations including retail and education.  She is an experienced facilitator of CIPD programmes at level 5 inspiring learners to succeed. Supporting general and senior management as well as HR teams to resolve wide ranging people challenges for their employees and volunteers to optimise performance and productivity is her focus.
