You Need It

If you run a small organisation that only needs occasional Human Resource support, you may be best opting for our 'As & When' package.

  • Charged by the hour, you're only charged for the minutes you need

  • 15-minute minimum charging

  • Flat fee charges for policies and letter templates i.e. Disciplinary invitation

  • Helpdesk problem resolution – in person, on the phone, or via email

  • On site attendance charged at travel time plus time on site + mileage

Health & Safety Support

  • On site H&S audit with risk report provided

  • A pre agreed number of H&S consultancy hours each month (starts at 2 hours monthly)
