Contract of Employment Offer

Employment Law insists that all organisations provide employees with written terms and conditions in the form of a contract of employment within 8 weeks of their start date. A contract outlines the terms on which you employ someone but also helps you as an employer to rely upon these written terms in the event of a problem, so it’s a pretty important document. You don’t need a lengthy employee handbook, although they are certainly useful as your business grows, but you do need to have a disciplinary policy by law. We offer a template contract of employment for you to use for permanent staff, and a zero hours contract of employment for casual workers plus a disciplinary policy for small businesses for just £349

Employee Handbook Offer

If you have reached the size and stage in your business where you need to provide guidance on a few rules and processes, then an employee handbook can do that. It allows you to be clear about where people can and can’t smoke, what the dress code is in your organisation and what your policy is in the event of long term sickness absence or maternity.
