Louise Skittrall

364a460Robinson Grace HR Consultancy was founded by Louise Skittrall in 2011. Louise has extensive experience in the corporate world and now specialises in helping small and medium size businesses to handle people problems and confront issues before they escalate.

A senior HR professional with 20 years’ experience in various sectors including hospitality, retail, IT and the not for profit sector. Fellow of the CIPD with a breadth of operational and strategic experience. Key strengths include influencing employees at all levels, a proactive approach, and ability to get up to speed quickly to understand the complexity of organizations.

An engaging management style that places a high value on working in partnership to engage staff and inspire performance; with a reputation for helping people confront reality and excelling in business transformation & TUPE assignments. Experience of managing complex projects, leading teams and driving change in organizations.


Laura Gibbens

With 15 years experience in HR and Recruitment, Laura brings a wealth of Business Partnering and Senior Leadership experience. Laura has extensive and varied project management experience including complex staffing restructures, TUPE transfer work, developing reward management systems, salary and benefits reviews and benchmarking, tender and selection process for new payroll provider and HR systems, job evaluations, development of recruitment and selection processes and systems.

Laura has gained a reputation for building trusting relationships quickly, and creating action despite occasional ambiguity and uncertainty. Astute and commercially focused, she brings a practical and solutions-led approach.

A member of the CIPD and British Psychological Society, with a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management (achieved with distinction) and experienced in leading recruitment campaigns and delivering psychometric tests and personality assessments.



Shona Dagless

shonaShona joined Robinson Grace HR Consultancy as an associate in 2016 bringing over 25 years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership & Management Development and Organisation Development and Design. Excelling in stakeholder management from first line management to the board. Solutions can range from one to one coaching to learning events, assessment & development centres, performance appraisal schemes through to full programmes of behavioural change and learning.

Shona brings a depth of experience of working in Automotive, Telecoms, Third Sector, Leisure and Consultancy businesses.
